The holiday home 'Casa Dina' is located in the picturesque town of Moraira, one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca. An ideal place to create authentic, Spanish experiences.
The house ensures a comfortable stay with its good facilities. All rooms are on one level and offer plenty of space to spend a few wonderful days with the family or as a couple.
In a well-kept, very quiet cul-de-sac lies the cosy holiday home 'Casa Dina'. Only 2 minutes drive from the picturesque coast, the attractive sandy beach and the charming centre of Moraira with many amenities.
Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a secluded terrace surrounded by Mediterranean plants. From here you can enjoy a tranquil view of a Mediterranean, evergreen landscape. The sun loungers invite you to spend cosy moments under a blue sky. Along the house, a path leads to another terrace. Casa Dina' thus offers two cosy terraces with seating and sun loungers and plenty of space to feel good.
You enter the interior through the naya with its large windows. An ideal place for a sunny breakfast in the morning or for a glass of wine at the end of a wonderful day.
Continue into the cosy living room with satellite TV + DVD and air conditioning. In addition, a ceiling fan provides pleasant room air. The cosy dining area and the well-equipped kitchen are ideal for social and culinary hours. Along a long corridor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a desk and a bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and walk-in shower. A patio door leads directly to the back of the property: the heart of 'Casa Dina' for those who love enjoyable evenings for two or with the family under the Spanish sky. There is much to discover here: the large BBQ, a comfortable smoker and a plancha, the typical Spanish grill. The exotic plants and a delightful mini pond create a southern charm.
The fenced property offers a lot of security and privacy is guaranteed.

The pool area with children's pool is less than 50 metres away. From here you have a magnificent view of the Moraira hills and even a little sea view.
For the car, a private carport directly in front of the house offers protection from the sun.

Included in the rental price are bed linen and towels as well as electricity, gas, water, heating, satellite TV, washing machine.
Final cleaning – Damit du deine Ferienunterkunft immer sauber und gepflegt vorfindest, berechnen wir für die Reinigung 120 Euro.
50% of the total amount is payable at the time of booking by bank transfer to our account at the bank.
Travel cancellation - In case of a cancellation of the booking we charge the following sums:
Up to 49 days before arrival 10% of the rental price
Up to 48-35 days before arrival 30% of the rental price
Up to 34-21 days before arrival 60% of the rental price
Up to 20-14 days before arrival 90% of the rental price
Up to 13-0 days before arrival 100% of the rental price

Community Rules Casa Dina is part of a small community of 17 villas. You will be guests in this community. Please respect the following rules:
- No loud music, conversations or phone calls, especially after 9pm and during siesta time from 2pm to 5pm.
- Children under the age of 14 can only use the pool if accompanied by adults. If this rule is not respected the parents of the children are legally liable.
