On the day of arrival, the tenant may move into the accommodation at 4.00 p.m. at the earliest. The tenant cannot claim damages if the accommodation is exceptionally not available at 4.00 pm. The reservation shall be maintained until 1.00 p.m. of the day following the start of the rental period. Thereafter, the obligation to make a reservation shall lapse. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be made available and the key returned by 11.00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed.
The accommodation is rented with inventory. Furnishings may not be removed from the accommodation - not even temporarily. Damage or shortages to the inventory caused to the property during the rental period shall be reimbursed by the tenant at cost price without proof of fault.
The rental price and the maximum occupancy of the accommodation are based on the currently valid price list. In the event of use of accommodation contrary to the terms of the contract, such as subletting, overcrowding, disturbance of domestic peace, etc., or non-payment of rent, the contract may be terminated without notice.
Within 3 working days after the date of issue of the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the rental amount is to be paid, the remaining amount up to 14 days before arrival. If the rental period begins within 30 days of registration, the total rental price is due immediately.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 49 days before arrival 10% of the rental price
Up to 48-35 days before arrival 30% of the rental price
Up to 34-21 days before arrival 60% of the rental price
Up to 20-14 days before arrival 90% of the rental price
Up to 13-0 days before arrival 100% of the rental price
In the event of premature termination of the tenancy or in the event of no-show, the tenant has no claim to compensation for the rental days not used.

The lessor is not liable for loss or damage to items brought in, including cars.
